The 727th Expeditionary Air Control Squadron (EACS), call sign "Kingpin," provides surveillance, identification, and control to support the Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC). It manages airspace deconfliction, refueling, close-air support, reconnaissance, and targeting, ensuring precise air tasking order execution and reinforcing regional security.
In TF-77, they act as ATC, AIC\GCI via LotATC They are led by LtCol "Slapshot" Cookie.

727 is a dedicated full-time squadron.

Members must be interested in providing dedicated live control and immersive operational enhancement for Task Force 77's various squadrons.

A minimum of 50% attendance is requested, pending real-life circumstances

Depending on slot availability, you may participate as a pilot with other squadrons in the group upon completion of control training.

Slots for reserve members are open internally based on the completion of training and dependent on agreed terms of participation.​

Membership Requirements

Minimum age of 18

Regular attendance to Tuesday and Thursday training nights at 2000 PST

Life comes first. If you are unable to attend for any reason, all we ask is you notify your squadron leadership via the Leave of Absence channel. You will never be penalized for missing a night if you put in a LoA​

Willingness to self-study, read provided materials, and schedule times with Instructor controllers

Fortitude to sit through dad jokes, adult humor, and assorted shenanigans

Ability to use Discord and SRS (or at least willingness to learn)
